Good afternoon Nghia,

Rockwell typically will only make the latest minor rev of the software available because it fixes bugs that was in the previous minor rev.

That in mind, when I visit Rockwell's website the only v28 I see is 28.03.1. This newest minor rev should work with all v28 files.

On my system (Windows 10) if I go to “Add and Remove Programs,” I see I have v28.03.00 installed.

What versions does Windows show you have installed?
