    Thanks for your question.

    When you say you see your Micro820 in RSLinx, which driver in RSLinx are you seeing it in? Is it showing up under the Ethernet/IP Driver?

    If it is, can you connect to it using CCW, and if you can, what do the settings show the Ethernet port setup for?

    If the PLC is setup for BOOTP or DHCP it will receive an IP Address automatically, as shown in lesson 2.4.
