    Good morning @eliaquin Jaramillo,

    The release notes for FactoryTalk View Machine Edition version 7.0 has this listed as a new feature:
    – Support for PNG images – added support for png images, as well as jpg and bitmap images.

    This would lead me to believe the older version you are using does not support PNGs, and therefor I'd suggest using JPGs.
