    Good morning Nghia,

    The latest PVP7 firmware should support all old and current products, but you may find you need to install the patch roll-up on your ViewStudio PC to get native support for new products in RSLinx Enterprise/FTLinx.

    Just curious – which version of ViewStudio are you using, and which PLC is not showing up in RSLinx E / FTLinx?
