    A Panelview Plus 400 has an error ” FATAL” when boots up, a new one is replaced an I don't have an application file nor .med nor .pav. nor .mer.
    The next thing I can think of is to swap hardware, the question is where does the runtime reside? or what part to take from the old to install in the new one.
