Thanks and basically I am having communication message after transferring an application to a PVP7 to replace a PVP6.
Went through device shortcuts, check Runtime communication setup , all look good as I can tell.
At this point I am not sure where the problem is, all this is being done through remote email support, PVP6 and PVP7 are in the field, I am in the office working with someone who is not very familiar with FTView.
